Solidarity, the fruit of communion

St John tells us in Chapter 13, verses 34-35, |
Once we have experienced a spiritual
transformation
of our hearts
and minds~~ CONVERSION
it is then that we are able to come into COMMUNION
with the "Living" Jesus
Christ
and then through Him we are able to experience
true communion
with our brothers and sisters in this great
Continent of America
and
throughout the world.
COMMUNION IS THE "FRUIT" OF CONVERSION!!!
St. Paul tells us in
Galatians, Chapter 5, verses 13-15,

AFTER our individual conversion,
"...since the FACE OF CHRIST
SHINES FORTH IN EVERY HUMAN BEING," |
we really begin to see the material and spiritual needs of our brothers and sisters~~ first |
Our Holy Father continues,
"Solidarity is thus the "fruit" of the
communion which is grounded in
the mystery of the triune God...
It is expressed in Christian
love
which
seeks
the good of others,
especially of those most in need."
SOLIDARITY
THEN BECOMES THE "FRUIT" OF COMMUNION!!!

We are reminded
that it is the |

Pope John Paul II along with the Synod of Bishops agreed that once
the various churches of the AMERICAN CONTINENT
unite to share their spiritual
gifts and material goods, with which God has blessed them, a culture of
solidarity will be promoted.

This solidarity
must begin within the Church, itself,
and |
| Pope John Paul II continues to reinforce to us that through our
SOLIDARITY, we will be much better able to "...support the poor and the outcast, especially refugees forced to leave their villages and lands in order to flee violence." |

"The

must encourage the international agencies of the continent

A development in which each of us will begin to feel that we play an indispensable part, in this unified spiritual and economic development.
It is for this
reason that
the
CHURCH IN
AMERICA
must encourage
SOLIDARITY!!!
